It’s nearly Easter at the Pavilion Gardens and we our getting ready for our Easter Extravaganza which over four days will provide lots of fun and activities for the whole family to enjoy! Kicking off on Friday 14th April right through until Bank Holiday Monday on the 17th April each day running from 10am until 5pm offering you four full days of Easter excitement.
Over 50 stalls will fill the Gardens Marquee and Promenade with a huge array of stalls and activities ranging from unique handmade gifts, home and garden wear, fashion and accessories, food and drinks to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters, jewellery, fashion, gardening items and plants. The relaxed, family- friendly, Pavilion Café and Art Café offers an escape from the hustle of the Pavilion Promenade offering a great selection of fresh locally sourced food and drink and our friendly waiting on staff will be on hand to help you really make the most of your Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
Also located inside the Pavilion Gardens building is the Pavilion Coffee Bar, perfect for those want to sample our highly acclaimed espresso coffee and famous Bradwell’s ice-cream, the Pavilion Gardens Coffee Bar also offers the chance to eat outside in the glorious British weather on one of our outdoor table and chairs offering the best seat in the house to watch all the Easter entertainment unfold. A wide variety of hot food traders will line the Promenade over the whole of the Easter Extravaganza selling mouth – watering food with an international twist. Hot food stalls featured on the promenade will include traditional farm foods, crepes, Mexican flavours, local game, Indian, Angus burgers, Thai, Persian flatbreads and much more.
Included in the Easter Extravaganza is plenty of entertainment for all the family the four day event will involve an Easter Egg Hunt, Juggling Jim with his Easter theme, and brass band on the bandstand.
The winners of the Easter Art Competition will have their work displayed throughout the weekend and also during the following events, the Farmers Market, Saturday Bazaar and Garden Plant and Craft show. The over-all winner will receive a signed print from the judge, local artist Howard Levitt and the presentation for the winning entries will take place at the Pavilion Gardens on Thursday 21st April, at 11 am.
