The Great Peak District Fair 8 & 9 October

The Pavilion Gardens are once again preparing for one of our busiest seasonal event The Great Peak District Fair. This Year Promises to be even more fabulous than the last with even more brilliant food, drink and entertainment Located on the promenade inside our fabulous beer tent you can expect to find some of the finest hand crafter larger, cider and beer from around the region and our handy bar staff will be on hand all day to help you find your perfect tipple. Merseyside based singer/guitarist Kingfast will also be located inside our beer tent on both Saturday and Sunday ready to entertain you with music from all decades and genres we are sure he will be playing something that is going to really get your foot tapping. Punch and Judy will also be coming to visit us over the course of the weekend with regular performances all weekend as well as balloon modelling. Our friends from Midland Adventure will be on hand on both days displaying their archery skills and there is even a chance for everyone to try something new no matter what your age. Outside on the promenade you can expect to find all sorts of exciting bits and bobs including children’s rides on both the promenade and in the grounds and the always fascinating Kingsley falconry along side their knowledgeable handlers and the most beautiful birds of prey in the whole of England. Not forgetting our brilliant Gardens Marquee which will be full to the brim with some of the most incredible jewellery, craft, art work and food the Peak District has to offer. So whether you’re shopping for yourself or a loved one we are sure you will find something unique and besides its never to early to start Christmas shopping. Finally as well as our usual pavilion Gardens facilities all been open 9-5 both days our promenade will be lined with mouth watering food including tex mex, crepes burgers and sweets. The Great Peak District Fair will be running from 10am -5pm on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th October 2016.
